  3. Full-service glass companies

Q: What type of company is Cal State Auto & Truck Glass?
A: We are a full-service auto glass replacement company. Our team averages over 70 years of experience in the auto glass and replacement industry. All technicians at Cal State Auto & Truck Glass are certified and insured. We offer a lifetime warranty on workmanship and material defects and only use products that meet or exceed your vehicle’s manufacturer specifications.

Q: Why should I care if the auto glass company I choose is insured?
A: Most people are not aware that if you authorize a repairman to come to your property for any reason – and they get hurt – and are not insured – then you are responsible for their injuries!

Q: Do you offer mobile service?
A: Yes! We can come to your home or office. Our mobile units are fully stocked with all items necessary to replace your auto glass properly.

Q: Will I have to wait all day for you to arrive?
A: No! When the order is placed, you can specify if you want service before or after 1pm. ON the scheduled day of service, you can call us and we will be able to give you a 3-hour window of when we’ll arrive.

Q: Can you assist me in filing a claim with my insurance company?
A: Yes! We are an approved installation company for most insurance companies serving San Luis Obispo County. Our CSRs are trained and qualified to assist you from start to finish. We will complete and file all paperwork necessary and even bill your insurance company directly. You are only responsible for paying your deductible, if you have one.
